GSC Game World: S. T. A. L. K. E. R. 2 will have to go through several times to open all story content
The GamingBolt portal continues to publish pieces of new information about S. T. A. L. K. E. R. 2 from an interview with GSC Game World PR manager Zakhar Bocharov.
The other day it became known that the second "Stalker" will be a long game, even if you do not get distracted by side tasks, and a full study of the world with all the quests will take several hundred hours. Now another related detail has emerged.
According to Bocharov, S. T. A. L. K. E. R. 2 is designed for several walkthroughs, since it will be "impossible" to open all the story content in one run. The representative of the studio did not go into details, but it was previously mentioned that the game will offer a non-linear story with a huge number of branches and different endings.
S. T. A. L. K. E. R. 2 is in development for the Xbox Series X / S and PC, but still remains without a release date. In the same interview, Bocharov said that the game can not be run on the old hardware PS4 and Xbox One, and there are no plans for a version for the PlayStation 5 at the moment. However, a recent Microsoft document posted online suggests that the console exclusivity of the project for Xbox may be only three months.
