Vampyr role-playing action game has received a free patch with improvements for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5

Focus Entertainment publishing house has announced the release of the free 1.09 update for the Vampyr role-playing action from Dontnod Entertainment studio.

The patch is focused on improving resolution and performance for next-generation consoles. Vampir now runs at 1440p at 60 FPS on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, as well as at 1440p at 30 fps on Xbox Series S.

At the same time, the increased resolution went to the previous consoles of the intermediate generation. So, on PlayStation 4 Pro, the project after a fresh patch began to go at 1440p, and on Xbox One X - at 1296p. The frame rate of the X-ray versions is still blocked at 30 FPS.

Vampyr was released in June 2018 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, and in October 2019 appeared on the Nintendo Switch.
