Valve has summed up the results of the weekly Steam sale, it has been successful for developers and publishers.
Around a million players first bought the game or made a microtransaction on Steam. This is a third more than in the previous 2019.
The maximum number of concurrent users is 7 million more and amounted to almost 24 million.
The largest number of games achieved success, both games with total sales of over $ 10,000 and games with revenues over a million dollars.
New genre hubs have made it easier to search deeper among interesting subcategories of games.
5.3 million users cast their votes for Steam Awards nominees.
1.6 million users have unlocked the badge level they received for writing a review for a nominated game.
The final vote will take place during the Steam Winter Sale next week.
