The plot, which unfolds before the events of the original picture, tells about the past of the safecracker Dieter from the "Dead Men" team. Previously, he worked as an ordinary bank employee, but his life changed dramatically when he was offered to become a participant in a robbery.
Criminals, who are being chased by Interpol, travel around Europe, trying to steal the contents of various safes. And while they are doing all this, the threat of a zombie infection continues to arise somewhere on the horizon.
The director of the tape was Matthias Schweighefer himself, who plays the role of Dieter. Judging by the critics' estimates, the result was not too impressive — now the film has 50 points out of 100 on Metacritic based on 16 reviews.
The picture is available on Netflix with dubbing and subtitles.
