Fans create a remake of Half-Life 2 on the Unreal Engine 5

Project Freeman, an amateur remake of the computer video game Half-Life 2, is based on the Unreal Engine 5 engine, designed to thoroughly transform the graphic component of the cult fantastic shooter from Valve.

In particular, the authors of the fan project intend to completely redesign the maps and characters, as well as improve the animations and faces of the characters, simultaneously introducing completely new visual effects.

Moreover, enthusiasts would like to release their project not only on PC, but also on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X, but for this they need to enlist the support of Valve.
